Great Depression Cooking

I saw a few news stories on Clara, a 93 year old woman who lived through the Great Depression. She started sharing with the world on youtube the meals they ate and how they made them during the Depression. She even tells stories of the hardships they went through then in the videos. I watched them all just about and wanted to share with you all in case you hadn't heard about them.

My husband and I are doing something for April and I will be posting about in the next few days. I was glad to have found these recipes just in time as well! I will tell more later, in the meantime, enjoy the videos! She has become pretty popular lately and appeared on CBS, ABC and several news articles.
